Nearby points of interest include day trips to places such as the Hearst Castle, Morro Bay, Solvang, central coast wineries. Enjoy exceptional restaurants and shopping at nearby San Luis Obispo. A 15 to 20 minute drive will give you access to 4 spectacular beaches with great surfing, kayaking, as well as excellent hiking and biking trails. Nipomo is a golfer’s dream with multiple breathtaking golf courses in the immediate area.

At Blacklake Condo Rentals, we have three beautifully remodeled units to choose from, 1 three bedroom/2.5 bath unit, 1 two bedroom/2.5 bath unit with reading/sitting room and one 2 bedroom/1 bath unit. As owners, Vince and Kim, Jim and Laurie are committed to making sure our guests have an outstanding and memorable vacation experience. This beautifully remodeled, 2 story vacation rental is fully furnished and perfect for fellowship with family and loved ones. This unit has beautiful panoramic views of the 9th fairway of the Lakes at Blacklake Golf Course. The master bedroom and guest room both have king size beds with a third room being used as a bonus room. There are two remodeled full bathrooms with large walk-in showers upstairs and one powder room downstairs.

The patio is equipped with a pellet BBQ, table and chairs for enjoying the views. As a guest, you will have access to the association's heated poos and jacuzzi. This unit is ideal for 2-4 guests.

The Lord Is Peace

PEACE is what you will find when you walk through the door of this newly remodeled fully furnished vacation rental. Located on the 9th fairway of the Lakes at Blacklake Golf Course, this unit is accompanied with beautiful views in all directions.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the guest room has a queen size bed. Included is a beautiful writing desk with Wi-Fi availability. There is one, very large bathroom with 2 separate vanities and a large walk-in shower. The patio has a stunning view of the golf course and a gas BBQ where you are sure to be visited by the hummingbirds, quale and cottontail bunnies while relaxing.

As a guest, you will have access to the association's heated pool and jacuzzi. This unit is ideal for 1-2 guests.

Savor a panoramic view of Black Golf Course from your master bedroom which features tasteful Pottery Barn furniture. A guest room provides a comfortable queen bed with TV to entertain guests. In case work calls, the third bedroom has a large desk with printer and a single bed. You’ll find our newly remodeled kitchen fully stocked with all of your cooking needs with upgraded appliances and an outdoor Weber Barbeque for grilling.
